SMIDA is a professional high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, design and manufacturing of PCB,DOB,PCBA assemblies and lighting electrical components. Founded in 2009,SMIDA factory boasts more than 17 years of industrial R&D and production experience.Headquartered in Jiangmen,Guangdong Province,it owns a standard production workshop covering around 8,000 square meters.The monthly PCB production capacity reaches approximately 150,000 square meters, with mature mass production capacity for DOB and PCBA products.
Major raw materials comply with UL,VDE,RoHS and LM-80 standards.

PCB Series
FR-4 / CEM-1 / CEM-3 Glass Fiber PCB
Thickness: 0.5–2.0 mm; 1-4 layers available. Features stable performance, suitable for drivers, power supplies, lighting, UPS, electrical appliances etc.
Aluminum PCB (MCPCB)
Thickness: 0.5–3.0 mm; copper thickness: 18–70 μm; surface treatment: OSP, HASL; single/double-sided; maximum length: 1.5 m. Boasts excellent thermal conductivity, ideal for street lights, flood lights and high power modules.
Flexible PCB (FPC)
Materials: customizable PI/PET; copper thickness: 18–70 μm; single/double-sided; solder mask: white/black/yellow. Perfect for strip lights, rope lights, corn lights and flexible modules etc.
LED DOB (Driver On Board)
Integrated on-board driver modules applicable to bulbs, downlights, panel lights, flood lights, street lights and ceiling lights.
PCBA Assembly
One-stop PCB assembly service for drivers, chargers, sockets, household appliances and various electronic control boards. All electrical components hold VDE / UL/ RoHS certifications, ensuring high reliability and safety for mass production.
